Sales people lie regarding what you will be billed. Wait staff on fifth floor are mad they are there and take it out on patients. Patients are left unattended in hallways without help for long periods of time. Help call buttons go unanswered. Steer clear of this place if you want to be safe! Assisted living seemed different, but rehab on the fifth floor is a hellhole.
