Lack of Communication..... Cant trust anyone there. Be careful! They tell you one thing than charge you for another.
Please stay far away from this place!! I worked there for a very short time and I can tell you what they do is criminal! It is all an act in front of families. Please BEWARE!!!

In response to the first review of Brighton Gardens, assisted living is not skilled nursing, nor is it a nursing home. As far as assisted living facilities go Brighton Gardens is terrific. Very low turnover of staff and more activities and engagement of residents and their families than seen in any other nearby facility, Sunrise or non-Sunrise. Worked in a skilled nursing facility for years so I am familiar with elderly care facilities. Visited this facility regularly for about a year. Its relatively new and the building and kitchen operations are acceptable BUT, and its a BIG but, the aides and nursing staff do virtually nothing. They are absolutely LAZY. Its the norm to see 2 or 3 aides hanging around in the resident lounges talking or watching t.v.--by themselves! They move like molases, if at all.
