I do not recommend Brighton Gardens of Charlotte. My mother has lived there for 5 years initially in assisted living then in the dementia unit. There is a high turnover of staff which challenges continuity of communication and care. I have experienced a few good caregivers and more than a few bad apples. There is a need for continuous follow up and advocating for your loved one. I have no confidence or trust in their care.
