We have needed two minor repairs recently and one major one a few years back. They have been great. Jerry is accommodating and courteous. The staff is knowledgeable and cares about their work.
Minor problem with vehicle purchase turned into a huge problem due to terrible customer service from salesperson and sales manager. After the poor treatment I received I will never ever do business with Brighton Ford ever in my life nor will my family or friends.
