I placed an online order on 4/26/26 for delivery on 4/28. Flowers never delivered but yet they charged me for them. Do not order from this business. I’m wondering if this business is even legit. I’m now disputing the charge. I hope to get a refund as I ordered these using my work charge for an employee whose father had passed away. I’ve reached out to them numerous times and no one answers the phone or my emails.
I ordered flowers via the website for delivery. The flowers were not delivered on the selected date nor the following day. I was not contacted at all regarding the delay and still am waiting to hear anything about this order. I have tried to reach out by phone and email, but no response to either.
They texted me to ask if they could deliver a day late, I said yes. The next day received a other text asking to deliver an additional day late. When I asked them to just refund me I was told they messaged me by mistake. They did deliver the flowers that evening, but I have to say they don't really resemble what I ordered. The image on the website has a full set of beautiful pinks roses, carnations and snap dragons.
