This is a very unreliable and crooked place to live. To start off with, I was just moved out of an apartment that had black mold in it.And i'm now in an apartment that they moved me to because of that issue , that has black mold. A warning to anybody who wants to come here to live here. If you have small children and elderly , they may not survive due to mold of all sorts , and not only that I was told by their maintenance crew that have apparently loose piping is how PBC pipe is supposed to be just put together.
