I honestly would not recommend living here. Since moving in, we’ve experienced multiple serious issues, including rats inside the apartment, recurring septic problems. These issues have made the apartment uncomfortable and unsanitary to live in, and it’s frustrating having to deal with the same problems repeatedly. Management needs to do a better job addressing residents’ concerns and maintaining the property. Honestly, this property was great when Ally was working here, but since she left, the quality of management has declined tremendously. The leasing office is rarely staffed, phone calls go unanswered, and emails are barely acknowledged. Even after vacating the property, I am still waiting for an itemized statement of my remaining balance so I can settle my account and move on. This was once a 1 star review 2 years ago but new management is actually handling the requests coming in.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. All of the reviews you see here are accurate. They don’t fix anything. They don’t update anything. Our apartment almost caught fire twice in one year because of faulty wiring and old heating units. People are falling through the stairs. Ceilings are collapsing on people while they sleep. The units are infested with cockroaches and gnats. Now I hear there is a rat problem. Management is either incredibly stupid or they don’t care. Update: As of 9/27/2026 I left and NEVER looked back. From the start I was approved to make payment arrangements monthly to split pay my rent. I have this in writing in email form. Every month I contact them, write up the agreement and PAY per the agreement. Never miss a rent payment. August rolls around and I do the same routine. I email August 3rd..no response.
