I made an appointment back in the early fall and the earliest I could get in as a new patient was this March. Last week I get a voicemail that says my appointment is no longer available and I need to call and change it. When I called to change it all I got was the run a round. I had several precancerous spots frozen no problem. But both my big toes had warts and very calloused. I explained how tender they were. She froze them and it was very painful, i waited to put my boots on thinking the pain would subside. After a time the assistant came on and i ask for a topical pain cream, and i was told in the March visit to go buy Cortisol? my sons acne got so much worse, gave wrong strength prescription, had terrible reaction. No apology. Couldn’t get anyone to call us back. Unfriendly office. The worst Dr. office experience we’ve ever had.
I went in to see what my options were for my wrinkles. He went over my face and said I needed a ton of filler and a little botox. I have never felt worse about my appearance than I did at that appointment. I told them I was breast feeding and they said doing botox would be fine so I had a tiny amount done. Turns out you actually should never get botox or similar while breastfeeding. I was very angry.
