Lived here for 4 years! Very close to everything you need in Brighton. Management and maintenance staff were very quick to solve any issues and were very kind individuals.
The staff is great at Brighton Cove. It’s not the newest fanciest place in Brighton but the pool is really nice and the view from my apartment is very relaxing looking out over the water. My dog loves the dog park and the treats at the office. Very happy here.
Lived here for 3 years and it was overpriced and everything about the apartments sucked. We also had mice in our ceiling (lived on the third floor) maintenance told us they set more traps. Also was always sick due to the air vents never getting cleaned in the building. After moving out of state they finally sent our deposit back…6 months later and only got $50 back due to us leaving furniture next to the dumpster…I asked for them to send pictures and the stuff next to the dumper wanted even ours. I would NEVER give Brighton Cove a star rating AT ALL. This place doesn’t deserve it. These apartments are horrible the People who run them are NASTY and RUDE to Everyone who lives there or who is trying to . I’ve lived here not long THESE CHEAP CRAPY VERY EXPENSIVE AND OVERPRICED apartments are not even livable. You’re better off living somewhere else. first impression of the apartment complex: I was impressed. management seemed like they genuinely care about the upkeep of the area and the apartments are nice. moving in, the neighbors were pleasant and quiet. my fiancé and I have been here over a year and ultimately resigned our lease because we waited to the last minute to start looking for apartments.
