I have resided in the Brighton Cove community for a little over a year now, the office staff Chloe and Alexis are very warm and welcoming, any time I’ve gone to the office with a question they are always very bright and happy to help making sure every question is answered with a smile, the maintenance staff is also a joy to work with if anything is ever needing to be fixed or tweaked they are always right on it. Lived here for around 3 years before moving. Didn't really have any issues with the maintenance, neighborhood was safe, not a lot of noise. No covered parking so you did have to clean your car when it snowed, and laundry is in a central location so you had to walk/drive over there. Otherwise I think the question most people reading these reviews want to know is if you would live here again and the answer is yes.
Wonderful management and maintenance, plus an unbeatable location close to downtown Brighton. Beautiful, well-kept community!

I Had a Maintenance man enter my apartment with no notice while i was sleeping and was awoken to him knocking on the bedroom door&jiggling the handle to try to get in so inappropriately! Glad I had my bedroom door locked that morning to protect me from a potential sesual assault/trauma as I was sleeping unclothed. Had a great experience getting a tour from Chloe! She was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The apartments and grounds are very nice and well kept. I'm planning to move here late this year, early next year so I will be keeping Brighton Cove on my list of possibilities. Thank you Chloe! :)
