Very clean and well maintained apartments. Staff is friendly and efficient when maintenance needs to be performed.
Very clean and affordable! Feels like home and the employees that take care of the property and residents are friendly and professional.

I have resided in the Brighton Cove community for a little over a year now, the office staff Chloe and Alexis are very warm and welcoming, any time I’ve gone to the office with a question they are always very bright and happy to help making sure every question is answered with a smile, the maintenance staff is also a joy to work with if anything is ever needing to be fixed or tweaked they are always right on it.
