My partner and I have been living here for the past year and will transfer to a different unit for a bigger space! This is our second complex and we enjoy the updated aesthetic, friendly, quiet atmosphere and convenience. Tristan, the maintenance provider, has been extremely helpful with last minute repairs & accommodating to our needs! Luciana has been great with communicating & helping through our transfer process. A great space for individuals who want to save for future housing.
I love this place. Maintenance is always there as soon as we need them and the office staff is great!
Tristin was very kind and efficient 😊my disposal needed to be fixed. It’s all good now.
Love living here! Clean, quiet and close to everything. Staff is friendly, quick with notifications regarding the property and maintenance. Phil makes sure anything needing maintenance is done right the first time, which is beyond appreciated!
