Had a great experience getting a tour from Chloe! She was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The apartments and grounds are very nice and well kept. I'm planning to move here late this year, early next year so I will be keeping Brighton Cove on my list of possibilities. Thank you Chloe! :)
I lived in Brighton Cove from August 2022 to August 2023. While the apartment was nice enough, I find that the management itself, what with the clerical errors and lack of communication, were not great. I would not recommend this place.

Lived here for 4 years! Very close to everything you need in Brighton. Management and maintenance staff were very quick to solve any issues and were very kind individuals.
The staff is great at Brighton Cove. It’s not the newest fanciest place in Brighton but the pool is really nice and the view from my apartment is very relaxing looking out over the water. My dog loves the dog park and the treats at the office. Very happy here.
