I gave notice June and I paid July and my last month was supposed be paid which’s august….head office charged me august….the manger is good she processed my papers but head office really sucks…they want me to put a hold from the bank which’s $25 because they said they will charge me September because they were lazy to process the papers on time..I even had to pay the bank back because I didn’t have rent for August because I shouldn’t have to pay when it’s my last month…they told me once they do the walk through they’ll give ... read more
2024 UPDATE. There's a new manager and she's an absolute hag. For YEARS AND YEARS not one word was said against people who have window air conditioners, and now suddenly it's banned and they're doing IN UNIT INSPECTIONS. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING A SUDDEN DRASTIC CHANGE AND IM SLEEPING IN AN 81 DEGREE BEDROOM A-HOLES. And don't come at me with, "oh just buy a portable" THOSE ARE SO EXPENSIVE!!
