Doctors are amazing! Everyone is kind but lately it seems the staff is disorganized. Everytime ive needed something faxed over for my dads physical therapy or a script sent to another office I have to call and email 3 or more times before it gets done. This has been on ongoing issue for some time. I hope they can be better about this because the medical care is great. My family has come here for over 10 years.
My doctors in this building are pretty good although due to my recent experience I’ll never trust any of them again. I’m a university hospital employee and went here after hurting myself at work the day before. This place is close to home and I tried palliative measures before going to a ER. So, first of all, I was limping and in a lot of pain and they put me in a chair. That was sign #1 that I was being blown off.
