My mother, who is a 40 year alcoholic was denied admittance after a phone screening and a mandatory hospital visit to determine wellness. They said they wouldn't take her because of medicare criteria. I strongly suspect they denied her because she has medicare and they don't receive as much revenue compared to private pay or normal health insurance. Incompetent staff who determined they knew the severity of her addiction better than myself who's been dealing with it for 40 years. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY.
