Kristin was kind, accommodating, and attentive with the delivery order I placed. As someone from out of town placing this order, she made the whole process very easy. She was very communicative and helpful, and the end result was a very beautiful floral arrangement.
This is the second time I've ordered from BBB and the arrangements are beautiful! Living in Nova Scotia, I had to order online which was nerve wracking. I've ordered from places before and deliveries weren't made or the product was sub par. Not BBB!! Prompt deliveries, phone updates and email confirmations. They delivered as requested and followed requests and instructions. I even received a call about a small change due to inventory, great service! Thank you so much!! I just wish you had more locations around ON. ❤️ 😍
