So I’ve been talking to BRIGHTLY in Glen Carbon for assisted living. My husband is already there. Everything was settled until this morning so today they call me and tell me I cannot come because I take too much work. I offered VISITING Nurses to take the overload then they told me I could not bring my dog which they told me I could bring repeatedly so I am moving GREG, which do not happy but tough shit very disappointed. Place is beautiful, coworkers were great. Care partners treated each and every resident with respect and dignity. Food was always great and would accommodate if someone wanted something else to eat. Just wished management would have treated us the same way we treated their residents. With respect and dignity. -former care partner since the beginning.
The staff has always been caring to mom. The food is the best my mom has had at a senior living or at a rehab center. They also have alternate choices if you want something else to eat. The entire building is fresh and clean and easy to move around in. We have also recommended the place to others and they seem to enjoy living there as well. It’s a place I’m proud my mom is living at.
Brightly staff give wonderful care. I highly recommend them.
My mom has lived there over a year. Very nice. Clean and well taken care of. The staff and management are pleasant and try to accommodate her needs. Able to discuss needs with management and solutions are found. Residents are treated with respect and kindness.
