I am not happy with the experience I have had so far. I feel betrayed by the marketing that there is a possibility for a $40k flex cash to ge me in the door but then I am told that the homes in that community do not qualify (even though that community is listed in the disclaimer for the promo). I also was approved by the lender (as per Stephanie) but no one from the lender has communicated to me.
