Update: I have emailed the address below THREE times with no response. ———- I have been attempting to escalate a construction quality/warranty issue without any luck. Hopefully someone will respond or reach out so I don’t have to resort to sitting outside the model homes with a “buyer beware / ask me about my experience” sign.

UPDATE: No, I will not give you my home address. That has nothing to do with this issue. The issue is that you are still flying the cheap air balloon that looks like a sketchy used car dealership marker. Castle Rock zoning has already warned and/or fined your company for the issue at least 5 times, yet you still ignore the town's signage rules! This company loves to ignore our town's zoning regulations by flying a red advertisement balloon on the weekends. They have been warned several times by the zoning department that such markers aren't allowed in Castle Rock, yet they still continue to block the beautiful view of Pike's Peak for everyone who lives north of Crystal Valley. I would never recommend working with a company that can't follow clear rules and consistently believes that they are above such regulations.
