Betty is the best sales agent ever! Betty is extremely knowledgeable. She went above and beyond in our new build process. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
I loved working with Betty, Josh and the Brightland Homes team on my clients purchase! Betty is very knowledgeable and communicated with my clients and I through the entire process! We even had an unexpected delay due to the storm that blew through her community and we all worked together to get my clients closed within a week. Had an appointment to see a home we were ready to purchase. Betty, the salesperson, was really standoff-ish and rude during the showing. She didn't even bother to show us the entire home, and stayed near the door while we walked the home. Never introduced herself to us, we had to read her name on her badge. We had to reevaluate our decision to move forward with that purchase because of that interaction. I have no idea why Betty is the point person for those interested in purchasing a home. Was interested in a home in community. Upon walking in, the salesperson named Betty was very rude. She was dismissive and very judgmental. Just by her unprofessionalism towards us, I am no longer interested in purchasing at this community.
