I would have probably gone 0 because of the worst warranty department they have. Am an existing owner and We have few major construction issues , lot of squeaking on loft and stairs , feels like falling apart and these were reported as part of 6month and 1 year warranty. No one addressed it by far through email and none responds through calls.Gehan is the worst builder in terms of customer service.
Bad experience with sales guys. They offer a price range, then negotiate price after a credit application to quote more. Very unethical practices along with bad build quality. Waste of time and effort, better find some other community for better home.
