Its a rarity for me to do a review but I have to speak on my experience with Brightland homes in Bridgland Cypress TX. From the moment I walked thru the doors and there after I was always greeted with a smile as if I was the most important person buying a home. Everything was seamless and my sales consultant Aunjanique Collier was excellent thru the entire process. Anything that I needed or had questions about she was on top of it to get me an answer. Brightland homes in Bridgeland is the place to be! Their product and design for the price can’t be beat. The customer service is also top notch! Make sure if you are considering Bridgeland stop by and see Brightland homes. Working with Collin Kerley is the epitome of excellence.
Brightland is a terrible company. They treated my boyfriend and I with zero empathy when we had a family tragedy a week after going in contract. They refused to refund $4500 earnest deposit to my boyfriend despite him no longer qualifying for the loan and his house also not having sold in time which we were told we would get refunded in that case regardless, so we were overall lied to and treated like garbage especially by management. I signed a contract for a Brightland home on 3/28/2024. I was originally told the home would be completed by November, and it is approaching February with no closing date. I was told that they are waiting on an electric meter but I don’t necessarily believe this to be true because of the lack of communication from the builder. I am a veteran and Federal employee and I am very unhappy with the services and the treatment I have received from Brightland.
