After viewing their product and the Balmoral community, I was excited. The excitement was short lived! Brightland Homes gets ZERO stars! My experience with this builder was awful! I did not complete the build process and cancelled my contract at dirt because I did not want to spend $400K on a house that did not make sense for me to buy because of an overpriced, money hungry builder. I was relocating to Houston TX from Charlotte NC and was looking to live in the Balmoral Community.
