Closed 2 lots with Brighthouse Title and everything was smooth!
Extremely slow answering emails and called several times with no answer or callback during normal business hours. Everyone is always either out to lunch or not available whenever they do answer. Extremely unsatisfied

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in my life! If I could give negative stars I would. -100 Stars that’s how bad they are. We were forced to use them by the seller of the home we bought. They are unresponsive, unreliable, they have no idea what they’re doing. What should have been a fun and exciting time turned into an absolute nightmare with this company. Do yourself a favor and find a different company. Save the heartache!
No, No & No. This was the most stressful closing I have ever had before in my life!! The ENTIRE process was a complete NIGHTMARE!! Never again!!!!!!
