I was able to book my carpet cleaning in my 3 bedroom town house within 2 days. I spoke with Leo over the phone. Normally when trades people come to your home to service it, they give you a window of time to arrive, like 12pm - 2pm. When Leo said he would be at my place at 10am on Thursday morning this week I could not believe it. Leo actually arrived bang on 10am this Thursday so that was a good start.
