Connie and Mia are both very unprofessional and I would not recommend any person sending their child here unless they want a chaotic day care atmosphere with no real learning or development. We toured this chaotic and bare minimum facility on Friday 2/20/26 and both over the phone ahead of time and in person I advised to both Connie and Mia that we are currently touring multiple places(2 just that day) and to not move forward with sending anything to insurance until they here from me as we were unsure. My sons therapist is amazing. I need ABA for other kids and have waited 5 months before they found an RBT and then she quit after 1 week and now we have to wait longer. Unfortunately, i had to seek ABA at other facilities. I feel they have issues keeping their RBTs and clients are starting to see this. Again, my sons RBT is amazing but that reflects on her not the company itself.
