As a mom I was legit sooo stressed trying to get my son tested for autism every place near Raleigh kept saying “6 month waitlist” or never calling us back. Kennedy ABA pretty much helped us with EVERYTHING and made the whole ASD screening/diagnosis process way less scary. They got things moving way faster then I expected and we were able to start ABA pretty quickly after. The intake process for us was under two weeks. I’ve seen huge improvements with my son. The dedication and support for families Brighter Strides has is incredible. His BCBA Keira Burton and RBT Amanda Wilson are phenomenal. Not having a clinic in the Fayetteville area is challenging. Hopefully there will be one very soon.
Our BCBA was simply amazing! Within 6 months, my kid had gone through 4 RBTs. 1st tech could NOT get to work on time and constantly called out-how was that going to help the child succeed? One who was simply perfect for my child decided to make a career change and then there was one who came in and decided to not take constructive feedback from childcare provider. Since my son started at Brighter Strides, he has made so much progress and met so many goals. I am happy beyond words to have chosen this company. We do in home therapy so I can’t speak to the clinic operations. The first plus is how patient and caring both our BCBA and RBT are with him. We discussed at the very beginning what our concerns were, what our boundaries were , what we were comfortable with and they have always made sure everyone in the family was happy with the structure of his therapy session.
