The intake process for us was under two weeks. I’ve seen huge improvements with my son. The dedication and support for families Brighter Strides has is incredible. His BCBA Keira Burton and RBT Amanda Wilson are phenomenal. Not having a clinic in the Fayetteville area is challenging. Hopefully there will be one very soon.
Our BCBA was simply amazing! Within 6 months, my kid had gone through 4 RBTs. 1st tech could NOT get to work on time and constantly called out-how was that going to help the child succeed? One who was simply perfect for my child decided to make a career change and then there was one who came in and decided to not take constructive feedback from childcare provider. Since my son started at Brighter Strides, he has made so much progress and met so many goals. I am happy beyond words to have chosen this company. We do in home therapy so I can’t speak to the clinic operations. The first plus is how patient and caring both our BCBA and RBT are with him. We discussed at the very beginning what our concerns were, what our boundaries were , what we were comfortable with and they have always made sure everyone in the family was happy with the structure of his therapy session. I am so happy with Brighter Strides ABA therapy. My son Theo been working with Ms. Rida since K, he's currently in the first grade. Everyone has definitely seen a 360 with my son including myself. The growth we've seen in him is just amazing.
