Go elsewhere.... the only good thing about this place was the BCBA Courtney who is great but you won't get enough time with her to benefit otherwise the staff is seriously lacking in a number of areas. We spent almost a year with this company, went through several RBT's and I don't think any of it helped my son a bit. Complete waste of time. Go somewhere where the staff is actually trained to help kids with special needs.
Be careful with these people. They're either unable or unwilling to be transparent with their costs. They participate in "super-billing" which is a nice way of saying you're getting a massive monthly bill that you didn't see coming because they don't want to properly estimate your out-of-pocket up-front (if they did, you'd probably say no). This is a pretty good place. Can’t wait to start services for my son!
My son is receiving services in Fayetteville, NC. No wait list. I was amazed how quickly services started. The intake process to starting services took about 3 weeks. Other ABA companies were needing evals within 3 years where Brighter Strides didn't require. My son is enrolled at a Christian private academy where he receives ABA.
