The SACOT and IOP programs I’ve participated in at Brighter Start have literally changed my entire lookout on life and recovery indefinitely. Brighter start health has been a complete BLESSING in my life and recovery. I've done intensive outpatient therapy before at other facilities and never graduated. My instructor Sarah was great. From helping me open up in class and also being there for me outside of just group. She's very understanding and always had faith in my recovery when I didn't have faith in myself. Brighter Start helped me in so many ways. I was fresh from prison, new to Wilmington, only a few months clean from being on drugs for 10 years. I was starting from nothing and scared to death.
