The staff at BSH are absolutely fantastic! Nakia and Chad particularly are truly amazing people that genuinely care! They went above and beyond in any way possible to help me with my struggles with addiction and gave me the platform to express myself in a comfortable, discreet, positive setting. I absolutely looked forward to each and every virtual meeting and will truly miss the group sessions. This is a great program. Not only do the groups keep me interested but they will work with your schedule and have plenty of resources to utilize. My counselor Becca is awesome and My peer support Laura even emailed me links to help me out with organizing a business and is always available to call or text if I am having a tough time and need to vent at any time. It’s good to feel like you’ve got people in your corner.

I don't think I have ever left a review on Google before lol. This place has done wonders for me. I am beyond blessed to have the opportunity to connect with the other patients and staff members here. I feel comfortable here, and I always look forward to attending the classes (SAIOP). I don't know what life would be like if I never reached out to Brighter Start for help. The staff members here are very supportive, truly understand your struggles, and I never feel judged. I feel like I can be myself here. ❤️

If you need help look no further... This is THE BEST PLACE! They provide a FULL TEAM of EXPERIENCED people to help with ALL your needs. When I called here, I had very little hope that I would be able to get help. One, I dont have insurance. And, two, self pay rates are insane and too much for me to afford. So I was pretty hopeless but called anyway. Im really glad I did. Everyone that has reached out has become an advocate in my name, each one truly dedicated to finding a way around the barriers so that I could get help.
