I have been going to brighter smiles in Ringwood and mitcham and like I said for the other one I am really happy!!
For more than 10years Dr Elice Chen of Brighter Smiles has done a fantastic job of caring for my teeth and overall oral health. After a v serious injury to my mouth when I was young, I hugely appreciate Elice’s diligence. She provides a very holistic approach, with needed and preventative treatment, as well as going out of her way to give practical advice on keeping everything in good order. Disappointing experience. I was informed 30 minutes after my appointment time that the dentist was running late due to a complication with the patient before me - I get it, this can happen. The response, however, was to offer me an appointment another 5 weeks away!
Had a dental check with Dr Grace Pang - very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable, providing me a balanced discussion of all issues and treatment options. Thanks for your help!
