I sent the owner this message, someone at this center hurt my daughter's feelings. "my daughter has mental health issues. When someone hurts her feelings she tries to stay away from the person because she knows she is not able to defend herself, and also when my daughter gets a cold it is horrible, greenish snot in hunks comes out her nose and it takes her a long time to heal. This is the worse place ever to be employed by. You’re underpaid and lack of knowledge. The individuals are great also staff is as well. The manager Ntale Autry tries to micromanage but doesn’t manage properly. I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone. She has a high turnover rate for employees and doesn’t accept accountability. She does any and everything for you to quit. She will fire you through a text message.

Brighter Path gave me an opportunity to work with Special Needs adults for the first time . The experience was amazing, the adults was so loving and fun to be around. The parents I did meet showed how appreciative they were towards the staff caring for their adult kids . My coworkers was awesome to work with. My supervisor Ms Talley taught me how to work and understand each individual. The students would come in the center full of joy and excitement of what the day would bring and enjoying their Peers.
