Is your company still open? I have been leaving text and voice messages for months with no results. I am trying to get two defective light bulbs replaced.
UPDATE 3/14/25: I was extremely happy initially, but have been trying to contact the business for over 2 months on getting a bulb replaced. No response. I’ve called, emailed, texted. Nothing. Very disappointed based on a great start. I can't say enough about Brighter Nights and their professionalism, quality, and attention to detail. Brighter Nights has revamped their Light Systems. This contractor installed light system is in a league of its own because its blue tooth based. Its durable, reliable and will perform because of the quality in the product. I have tried other light systems and been disappointed they do not make their warranties and perform initially and with time.
