We’ve had a really great experience with this pediatrician office. The staff has always been kind, respectful, and attentive. There are times when it can be a little hard to get through on the phone, but I honestly understand that as a sign of how busy they stay caring for so many patients. I’ve also noticed the office has a very family oriented feel, which I personally appreciate. It feels welcoming rather than strict or clinical. I swear the front office staff need to be checked. You never know what mood they will be in. They treat people like they're beneath them and are highly condescending. When I called on phone several times no one answered. Went there in person, woman behind desk immediately had dismissive attitude, and all I mentioned was no one answered the phone. They always too busy never pick up phone and when you walk in the are sitting behind the desk with their kids in they arms so if you're too busy to answer phone why are you playing daycare and then I got this in the mail man and they had attitude first but it's okay ♀️ I called two days in a row and nobody picked up but I'm wrong yall right lol
