Awful. Went out of business and didn't let me know my son wasn't receiving therapy at his school for several months!
I believe the phone system with them is terrible they don't answer calls they do not get your calls it's unbelievable
Been taking my son there for years. Once Adair left, they couldn’t seem to keep any med management staff. Then all appointments for med management therapy went virtual, no more meeting anyone in office. They don’t fill meds in a timely manner if at all. Don’t follow up with appointments either. Waiting 15-20 minutes is ok, waiting an hour for appointment is totally unacceptable!
