Don’t book. No one was there when I arrived. Left several messages with no return calls.
I recently scheduled an appointment. The appointment was canceled by the office right when I was arriving to the office. I was informed someone would reach out to reschedule & almost 48 hours later I havent received a call yet. I’ve called several times & no answer. Very unprofessional!
Really upset. Drove a hour away for nothing. No communication or anything. I’ve booked my appointment months in advance now I’m in a bind trying to find clearance. Very unprofessional. The least she can do is communicate and let people know what’s going on.
