I called them and set up an appointment to have them come to my house. They didn't show up nor did they call to tell me they weren't going to show up. I tried calling them and their voicemail box was full. Unreliable.

Did a good job installing light fixtures. Friendly, gregarious and competant in how he performed the task. He backed me up on a particular brand of light that I chose, stating it was "popular and industry-approved" by him. However, he did state that he was going to provide me (through text) a list of brands or recommendations earlier in the week; that never materialized or was sent. Well, I can look past that since the job was done to my satisfaction.
