Called me on a Friday and took all of my information. Then called on Saturday to say he couldn't put my application in until Monday. My mother who is my caregiver wanted to talk to him. She said she would like to look over the information which would of been fine being Richard, whom the man we spoke with, said he couldn't put the application in until Monday.
