Randy was great handling a PC issue with my desktop. I called ahead and after explaining my problem, Randy told me to bring it in. I had never been here before, but the directions were easy to understand. Randy greeted me with a smile and we talked over the issue and I left my tower with him and his tech to diagnose. They said it was complementary which I thought was great business. They called me back with the results in the time they said they would and we discussed options from there.
