Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin. Since the beginning of our experience with this company, it has been one problem after another. First, we went through a ridiculous number of therapists. Some didn’t even show up or quit before they really had a chance to get started. Others who did stay often seemed unprepared or lacked the experience needed to work effectively with children with autism. If I only could give 0 stars I would . This company is sad we been with them 2 years and out of the 2 years we only had therapy about 4times for only 3 months and then the therapist would leave the company and we would be back on a waitlist all over again. I am supper disappointed since my child could have done so much better if only they had staffing and communication. The people in the office don’t know what they are doing. I am on a wait list again as I am writing this for 3 moths.
Terrible company. They never answer the phone nor follow up on voicemails.
This aba company has been so good for my child my bcba and my rbts have been such an amazing team for my child hes improve so much. My bcba is always there when i need her help love this company.
My 3 boys have made tremendous progress in such a short amount of time! Communication is very clear between the BCBA and the RBTs. Overall has been a great experience.
