The individual who first met with us was very professional. He explained the cleaning process and the pricing. At all times, all employees were professional and friendly. They did a very good job cleaning. We only had one cleaning. We verified 3 times for the date and time of the second cleaning. No one showed up on the time of the second cleaning. Also, no one called to advise they were not coming. Someone made an error in scheduling, obviously.
One of the great things about this company is family owns and operates. Also they don't use harmful chemicals and they take pride in their work. I will recommend highly.
We are very pleased with the quality of service they provide. The scheduling was easy, they are super respectful and they always leave our house looking and smelling good! We hired them for monthly cleaning.
I hired Brighten as my regular cleaning service for a period in '23 for my house and my mother's. They did a wonderful job, were receptive to my requests, and it always felt like it was worth the money. The only reason I don't use them now is budgetary reasons. I highly recommend.
Very pleased with service- Marhwan and team performed extremely thorough cleaning of my home. Appreciate that team brings own equipment and uses non toxic products. Service is reasonably priced so highly recommend team for anyone in need!
