The support, compassion, and care I received made a huge difference in my recovery. I’m incredibly grateful to the team at Brighten Bay for helping me feel stable, hopeful, and like myself again.
Evan from admissions is a wonderful human being always eager to help. Olga, the operations director is also amazing and goes above and beyond for her patients. Patients are heard and care for. I just wish we had more therapies, mostly individual. Unfortunately we are now supposed to do chores, every single day of the week. I thought we were supposed to be taken care of in residential.

I am a huge reviewer, and usually my reviews are positive but everyone needs to be aware of the admissions department here. I have reached out on two separate occasions seeking treatment. The first time I let it slide, this time I am writing a review so that others who have Medicaid can avoid them entirely. First, I sent a message on the website.
