Bank randomly shut off my MVCR card no call, no email nothing shut off me and all my family members even though our cards didn’t expire for years.. the amount of BS I’ve had to deal with since this is infuriating and ridiculous thank god I had a cashapp card from years ago I have never used and that has saved my life this bank is absolute trash. this bank sucks. My mother used to be a manager at many of the MVFCU locations for nearly 25 years, I have literally been a member since I was born 34yrs ago. ATMs never work which means I have to use the night drop. Lucky me this time they claim there is nothing in the night drop and now i have $200 missing. If I dont see my money in my account by Monday morning (which will be tough since they said they would call me after seeing the cameras and now they are closed) I will be in there first thing to speak with the manager. ... read more
I have changed my review from one star to four stars. It was one star when this place was Merrimack Valley credit Union. Who I had few issues with especially when I applied for a HELOC. However, bright bridge. Credit union seems to be more organized, more responsive, and ever since bright Bridge took over. I have not had any issues with this new bank. Hopefully they stay this way.
