Highly Recommended! Dr. Radmila Shuminov & her staff is amazing! Having a fear of dentists myself I wanted to find one who my 13 year old son would feel comfortable with and here I did. The office is beautiful, inviting & extremely clean which is a plus from the start. From the minute you walk through the door you are greeted by Natasha who always makes you feel welcome. Worst experience ever, Dr. Solomon Grundy first off called me by my first name then 5 sec later asked me what my name was. Then he asked me when the last time i was there while looking at my file?????? Them told me he never took x-rays all while looking at his computer screen where it said when he took x-rays??? the whole time while laughing like the nut job dentist from Little shop of horrors who was abusing people for fun. I am a dentist myself, I moved to NY recently and have had an emergency situation with my wisdom tooth, and it was very complicated situation: the roots of my tooth were located in the mandibular canal, I had a risk to get permanent numbness of the right side of my face if treated incorrectly. No doctor would treat this tooth but Salamon Rafailov did it and did it perfectly. Very professional, painless and high-quality work. He has a great staff. Thank you, colleague.
