BrightWater always provides fantastic service. I highly recommend their water quality services. We've had our Kinetico system for 13 years now and it is still running strong with zero issues. For this particular routine appointment, Milo provided us with top notch service; he is friendly, caring, knowledgable, and very thorough. We couldn't ask for better. Thank you Milo and BrightWater!
Very professional and polite. Came in and completed the job in a timely matter. Cleaned up after themselves. Explained how the system works and how to maintain it. Answered all questions we had. Very satisfied.
Anna was fantastic and so was the initial gentleman that came to test water and give us a quote. Highly recommend.
