My house just had windows on two floors, inside and outside, perfectly cleaned by Bright View. And the cost was only $410 (May 2026). Houses on steep slopes only get charged another $100. Nontoxic cleaners are used; basically Dawn detergent. They also do: - solar panel cleaning, even on Spanish tile (!) - gutter cleaning - screen repair - install holiday lights
The owner of this business has surprisingly poor customer service skills for somebody that does not have a single bad review on Google. What could've been resolved with a simple apology instead has led to me feeling compelled to leave a bad review; which I typically never do. I don't understand why somebody would get so defensive and take no responsibility when I simply reached out to ask if possibly his workers had caused some damage to my property when they had last cleaned the windows.
