Dr. Day is wonderful! All of the staff are too! I never leave this place disappointed and they are so great with my dog Hershey. They are also very reasonably priced.
I've been going to Bright Vet since 1988. Great vet and very friendly.
I like DR Hubbard. The staff was caring and compassionate when my 16 year old poodle, Stevie, had to be put to sleep in 2015. My mom took him as I was out of state. I would have rated five stars but I'm very upset over the fact that they did not return his collar and tags. I wanted to keep them as a memento of the smartest most loving dog anyone could hope to have. I thought those things would be returned to me( to my mom) :(
I was in need of a vet for a sick cat. They were able to get her in and check her out overnight. Dr. Caitlin Lawrence called me personally twice to update me on my fur baby's condition and told me very clearly what was done. I am so glad I chose Brights. Staff was very helpful and friendly... didn't try to find ways for me to pay more. Definitely worth the effort, drive and money to have a happy cat again. Thank you!
Our first time to the clinic was for a routine checkup, possible Kennel cough case for our newly rescued coon hound/beagle mix, Floyd. Caitlin Lawrence, DVM, was attentive, kind, compassionate and explained each and every detail in language we could understand. We are facing some difficult care for him, as he is more sick than we thought initially (pneumonia). Dr. Hubbard and staff - the best in the tri-state area. No joke !!!
I LOVE my vet, Caitlin Lawrence, DVM, she takes such wonderful care of my girl! Easy to talk to, makes sure you understand instructions, and gives tons of love to my dog. If I could avoid the blonde, older woman at the front desk it would always be a beautiful experience. Seems like a different business when dealing with the desk, than when dealing with the vet, but don't let that turn you away- every vet I've met here has been so very kind and helpful.
The staff was wonderful. Very caring people. Great with animals and people.
