I was pleased to find a dental office closest to my home instead of having to travel to Alexandria, VA, or Washington, DC, to my other dentists. My first service was teeth cleaning, which was okay. I had a great experience at Bright Time Dental. I arrived early for my appointment and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to see me early as well. My visit started promptly with my dental cleaning, and the staff was friendly, professional, and thorough throughout the process. I had a wonderful experience and everyone was warm and welcoming. They accommodated my acute dental needs on a Saturday. Excellent dental team and I received quality patient care. A huge shout out to the front desk staff member. She is a wonderful ambassador for the practice and was very patient with me when I called to get an appointment.
As long as I am on time so is my appointment. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Bickling and the assistant Kam. Kam is always happy and trying her best to help you relax and get all your questions and concerns answered. The entire staff is always friendly and welcoming.
