Flakey, flakey, flakey! The owner of this practice is one of the biggest flakes I have ever dealt with. She never returns calls and she never follows up with what she said she would do. However, she has a bubbly personality and she is good with people. My guess is that she just charms her way through life. I found another therapist on my own and my daughter is doing so much better. I don't know why the regional center recommends her so highly. She probably returns their phone calls.
flakey customer service The "director/owner" may be knowledgeable at what she does, but trying to get a hold of her is almost as challenging as climbing Mount Everest. Her staff are unable to answer any of customer's questions, therefore they defer callers to her. At this point you are at the mercy of her calling you back - which hasn't happened for me after placing three consecutive phone calls in a week's period inquiring of specific services her company offers.
