Used online services for 1 year and realized that wasn't going to work. Most nannies don't show for their interview or they don't show up for their first day of work. It was very frustrating! I called Bright Start and they have made my life much easier to manage. We now have a reliable, punctual and extremely nice nanny that we absolutely love. My 2 kids adore her.
