This is the only dentist office that never answers the phone or return calls after you leave numerous voicemails. This week, I had to call numerous times, back to back, in order for someone to finally pick up. They take no ownership for their lack of communication. This is a reoccurring issue and should not be for a business. Once you get to the business, the people are nice and welcoming.

The staff never answers the phone and it’s very ridiculous and frustrating!!! They don’t return calls !!!
Great with kids! My daughter loves coming here although we live an hour away she still wants to come here. The only thing is they NEVER answer their phone!! It could be IMPORTANT !! but other than that this place is great, but yea I don’t like that they NEVER EVER answer the phone that’s not good.
