I love that the staff not only tells the parent what to expect, but they also explain to the child what they’re doing through the cleaning process as well as how well they’ve been taking care of their teeth! I like the accountability for the children. We especially appreciate that our children are booked for their individual appointments together! They are embrace the experience even more knowing they’re with each other. We look forward to the visit!
Very disappointed with how my son’s orthodontic care was handled. My son was left with loose/broken brackets and wires, and we experienced delays obtaining his records so he could receive care elsewhere. As a parent, I should be able to advocate for my child and question his treatment without it negatively affecting his access to care. Unfortunately, after more than a decade with this practice, I cannot recommend them based on our experience.
This facility is great with kids of all ages. I have to also comment on the professionalism of the employees and staff, as this team is fast ,accurate, and knowledgeable in every aspect of the dental service being provided. The team was very gentle with children that has special needs. My 10 year oldson is autistic and everyone was extremely sweet and cautious. I took my child here because their dentist told me that they accepted Medicaid for braces, they don't! My child's braces are falling apart and I have called them countless times and left 3 voicemails and I still can't get anyone on the phone! I live 45 minutes away and the ONLY reason I bought him here is because I was lead to believe his insurance would cover it. Now they can't even answer the phone!
