I had contact them for a leak check in my ac unit because the refrigerant was low after refilling it 2 months before. During the appointment, the technician just measured how much refrigerant was in the system. I was not told ahead of the appointment that there would only be a minimal diagnostic without checking if a leak exists. I expect it’s a leak check to see if the leak exists. We had to have our furnace replaced and after shopping around, we went with Bright Star Heating and I'm glad we did. They were here when they said they would be. Their employees were professional and courteous. A few weeks later we had some other questions after our furnace install and the owner called us right back and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend this company. We will be calling on them again in the spring for maintenance for our ac unit.
