I called right before closing for an emergency dental visit, and they were incredibly kind and accommodating. I sent them a photo of my son’s tooth, and within 15 seconds they told us to come in so he could have it pulled. The entire process was seamless, we were literally in and out within 30 minutes. I am so beyond grateful for Dr. Bright and his staff for taking such good care of my son and making a stressful situation feel so easy. Sincerely, a very thankful mom of two boys ☺️

Bright Smiles Pediatric Dentistry has been an outstanding experience for my family. I’ve brought all three of my boys here, and the level of care has been consistently excellent. I called about two months ago to make an appointment for my two kids. I specifically asked how much it would cost for a self-pay new patient teeth cleaning. The front desk told me it would be around $250 per child. I then asked what the total would be for both kids, and she quoted me around $500. Fast forward to today when I arrived, the front desk handed me paperwork showing my total would be $485. Today my 10-year-old daughter received treatment in a private setting with a calm and competent professional. It has been a long road to get her to the point of voluntarily doing a little dance of joy in her dental chair during and after treatment. . But today there were no tears. Only happy dance moves performed by my 10-year-old after she received treatment. I am extremely grateful. Thank you, Team for working with Caroline. I appreciate this very much and I know she will too in the long run.

Dr. Bright and the girls were wonderful. My 3mo son had his lip and tongue tie cut. Dr. Bright showed us stretches for after care and took the time to listen to any concerns. He showed a holistic approach by recommending continued IBCLC support and chiropractic care. As a nurse myself, it is very rare to find a doctor with good bedside manner with the skills to back it up. My son's latch is getting better and better every day. If I lived in St. John's, I would switch dentists for my older son.
