Rachel was amazing with my child! They went from crying and scared to laughing and happy, and even left saying they weren’t afraid to come back. That has never happened before!
The Person that originally booked my children appointment told me I could not use x-rays from the previous dental office. Then weeks later, I’m told they could have used the x-rays from the previous dentist office. Very unprofessional and misinformation. Now I’m told I have a balance from something that could have been avoided by me picking up x-rays or getting x-rays over to them expeditiously. Will not be returning.
Rachel did an amazing job with my cleaning! She was also so sociable and sweet. It was so fun chatting with someone so personable who is also so good at what she does!
Jackie is amazing. I could not have hoped for a better experience for my 4 year old. I highly recommend especially for young kids.
