I always have a great experience with the front desk office staff, they are wonderful to work with and very accommodating. I always feel welcome by all the individuals that works here. Dr. O does a great job.
The front desk clerk and the doctor play and talk to much. So you sit there for hours waiting to get served.
Everyone saying the staff is negative, probably walked in that office, rude as ever thinking they can talk to people any kind of way. The dentist is probably one of the sweetest men ever. The dental assistants, the receptionist, are all absolutely wonderful. Let’s just say that I had a hard time being in the chair, and the dentist took EXTRA time to be patient with me, and inform me of what could happen if we didn’t finish what needed to be done.
