I’m very disappointed with my brothers experience at this dental office. He had a crown placed roughly a year ago, and it unexpectedly fell out despite having no decay or visible reason for it to fail. When I returned to the office, instead of addressing what appeared to be an issue with the original work, they attempted to charge me for a brand-new crown. Very unprofessional and waited hours for service. Dentist assistant even refused to work on my child because he was crying while she was doing his teeth. not kid friendly, they said my child scared them when he's 2, because he was crying.
This dentist was the worst experience I have ever had. The office staff was never the issue. They are so friendly and accommodating. When seeing the dentist the first time, she whacked me over the head with a folded piece of paper and said “brush your teeth better”. The second time at the office, the dentist asked me if food was getting stuck in the back of my mouth due to some dental issues. Do not see the older lady doctor for your life. YPU WILL REGRET IT! This dentist does not care about her patient. She has put a compensatory filling around her tooth instead of remaking a temporary crown that broke off. I wasn’t there that day with my 20 year old daughter, I would of never let this happen. And the office doesn’t see my daughter’s crown falling off as an emergency.
