Dr. Visser and staff were very thorough and prepared for our visit. He answered all my questions and was very professional with me and very patient and kind with my child.
I had the best experience when I called Bright Smiles dental! Vicki talked to me on the phone she was so kind and helped me in every way. I really appreciate her helping me and taking the time to listen to all my concerns. Thank you and 5 stars to Vicki and Bright Smiles dental. I highly recommend them!
We had a dental emergency with my youngest and they were able to get us in immediately!! Both Assistant Lissbeth and Dr. Turgeon were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! My child was terrified, they listened to everything I had to relay and my kiddo was treated with the upmost kindness and care. My words do not do them justice. THE BEST CARE was given.
The dentist and his assistant are amazing. I feel a few at the desk could use some refresher courses on being kind. Nobody likes to go to the dentist. Overall I would recommend this dentist. I would never go here if you want to be treated with respect. They don't return phone calls and they forget you exist unless you go in to the office in person. I will be getting my money back and paying a dentist who appreciates me as a person.
