Made me pay for the entire procedure even though I wasn't sure because I have good dental insurance. They said that they would contact my insurance provider and I would get reimbursed. That did not happen and infact my insurance company told me they were never contacted and "I should avoid out of network providers because they are notorious for doing this" so be warned.
Very shady financial setup. Charged my cc over $1900 before ever touching my granddaughter. After asking for a credit back I was told I would have to send an email authorizing them to use my credit card. I didn’t have to give any authorization for them to charge my cc. Then I was told I could not get the total amount credited because the insurance wouldn’t pay $300. So…they filed with the insurance company for doing nothing.
